Mission
The Chemistry Center for Combating Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria (CC4CARB) is an innovative chemistry center focused on the synthesis and delivery of rationally designed focused libraries for the scientific community for their use within antibacterial research drug discovery programs. Upon synthesizing an individual library, it is combined with the CC4CARB Collection and made available for request by the scientific community to further antimicrobial-related research. This NIH NIAID led initiative continues to aim in discovering novel antimicrobials and creating AMR research collaborations.
